Pavel, aka "Russian James Bond" or "The Tower," is a 6'6", or 198 cm, towering structure of muscle and controlled rage. Out of all the fist fighters I've been working with over the last 6 months, The Tower has been the most active.

When "The Tower" isn't smashing human flesh and bone into liquid, he's a firefighter. That's right — you think he's scared of a fist fight? Pavel runs into burning houses and saves families and kids, and when he's done with a shift, he heads to the gym and trains in the art of "crushing opponents."

The first fist fight I watched of his, he took a lead right punch from his opponent to the face. You could see Pavel move his jaw a little, in discomfort, but then something happened and he flipped a switch. The unfiltered beatdown he put on his opponent, I will never forget. In a matter of 30 seconds, it looked like his opponent was unable to see and covered in blood. Ever since that moment, I've been a huge fan.
