We want every experience with us to be as smooth as possible. Here is everything you need to know if something goes wrong with your order:

Damaged or Defective Items If your shirt arrives misprinted damaged or defective contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will make it right at absolutely no cost to you.

Lost Packages If your package goes missing in transit contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate immediately.

Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout! If an address is insufficient and your package gets returned you will be responsible for reshipment costs. We want your shirt to reach you — help us help you! 😄

Unclaimed Shipments If a shipment goes unclaimed and gets returned reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns We recommend contacting us BEFORE returning anything. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse but we will always work with you to find a fair solution.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
