The Dogs House — TopdogsRRN Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully as they form a binding agreement between you and TopdogsRRN regarding the use of our store and services.

1. Who We Are The Dogs House is operated by TopdogsRRN — the first US based content creator offering officially licensed bare knuckle fighter merchandise with direct revenue sharing. By using our store you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account You are fully responsible for your account and all activity on it. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. Keep your account information accurate and your password secure.

3. Our Products Every product in The Dogs House is officially licensed merchandise created under signed agreements with TopDog bare knuckle fighters. All designs and content remain the intellectual property of TopdogsRRN and our fighter partners.

Prohibited use of our content:

  • No child exploitation content
  • No harassment or defamation
  • No hateful content of any kind
  • No intellectual property violations
  • No illegal content whatsoever

4. Orders and Payments When you place an order you confirm that your payment information is accurate and legitimate. All sales are final once submitted for production since your shirt is manufactured specifically for you upon ordering.

5. Limited Edition Products All products in The Dogs House are limited edition releases. Once a design window closes that product is permanently retired and will not be offered again. Own it while you can.

6. On Demand Manufacturing Every shirt is manufactured specifically for your order. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days followed by shipping. Total delivery time may be 10 days or longer. We do not offer express shipping. You will receive email or SMS updates if you opt in at checkout.

7. Shipping We currently ship to United States addresses only. Shipping costs are kept intentionally low to support our bare knuckle fighting community. Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout — we cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Returns and Damaged Items All claims for damaged defective or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at topdogsrrn.com or @TopDogsRRN on social media before returning anything.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Size exchanges are handled at our discretion. Unclaimed returned packages are donated to charity after 30 days.

9. Revenue Sharing Approximately 40% of all profits generated from each fighter's merchandise goes directly to that fighter under our official licensing agreements. This is our commitment to the bare knuckle fighting community and the warriors who inspire us.

10. Colors and Sizing While we do our absolute best to represent colors and sizing accurately on our product pages we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of colors as they appear on your specific screen or device. Please refer to our imperial sizing guide before ordering.

11. Intellectual Property All designs images and content in The Dogs House are created under official licensing agreements. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability TopdogsRRN is not liable for any indirect consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of our store or products beyond the actual amount you paid for your order.

13. Disputes Any disputes arising from purchases at The Dogs House will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

14. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
