INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this website including but not limited to text images graphics logos fighter artwork t-shirt designs video content and written descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of TopdogsRRN or are used under official licensing agreements with the respective fighters and their representatives.

All fighter names nicknames likenesses images and associated artwork featured on this website and on merchandise sold through The Dogs House are used under official signed licensing agreements entered into directly with each individual fighter.

Unauthorized reproduction distribution modification or commercial use of any content appearing on this website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

LICENSING AGREEMENTS

All merchandise sold through The Dogs House is officially licensed. Each fighter featured in The Dogs House collection has entered into a direct licensing agreement with TopdogsRRN authorizing the use of their name nickname likeness and associated imagery for the purpose of creating and selling officially licensed merchandise.

The following fighters have entered into official licensing agreements with TopdogsRRN:

PRINT ON DEMAND MANUFACTURING

All merchandise sold through The Dogs House is produced by a third party print on demand manufacturing partner. TopdogsRRN does not maintain physical inventory of any products. All items are made to order specifically for each customer at the time of purchase.

Production of each item typically takes 3 to 5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and local postal service.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries. Our manufacturing partner maintains production facilities internationally allowing orders placed from Europe and other regions to be fulfilled locally where possible reducing delivery times and shipping costs for international customers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As all items are made to order specifically for each customer TopdogsRRN does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or incorrect sizing. However if your item arrives damaged defective or materially different from what was ordered please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged or defective items please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting us.

REVENUE SHARING DISCLOSURE

In the interest of full transparency TopdogsRRN discloses that approximately 40% of the net revenue generated from each merchandise sale is shared directly with the featured fighter under the terms of their individual licensing agreement. This revenue sharing arrangement is a core principle of The Dogs House business model and reflects our commitment to directly supporting the warriors who make this collection possible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TopdogsRRN shall not be held liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products through The Dogs House store. Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.
